personally I prefer the brown rice for its extra health benefits but my girlfriend buys the same product in long grain white rice and it's convenience is astoundingly brilliant. 40 seconds in the microwave and your ready to serve your serving of rice with whatever you decide to combine it with! great product highly recommend.
