These gourmet tomatoes are vibrant in colour. A perfect tomato red. They are firm and not bruised. Unfortunately the taste wasn’t the best probably as they are out of season but I managed to use them in cooking and that is where the flavour was rich and tasty, but when eaten raw they had a potato like texture.
