I actually buy this Woolworths Leafy Mix Salad for our two budgies to eat, and they love it. It is cheap at $2 a bag, is very convenient and gives them lots of variety. Sometimes we have a bit too! The only problem is that they get soggy very quickly, so I keep a paper towel in the bag.

These pre-washed salad packs are great for use in sandwiches, as salad bases for meals and as a way to pad out snacks (e.g. tuna with salad). The package size is good for 2-3 uses (depending on how much you use) without going mushy and good value for money. I can easily make 2 portions of side salad to go with dinner from one of these packs. They’re handy for busy parents who have to get dinner together quickly and easily.

I like these leaves always seem to have a forward enough sell by date don't seem to be yucky and brown the quality is usually and the price is reasonable.
