Very good quality Aussie beef. The size of the cut was nice and thin, perfect for stir fried. I even use this in my pasta sauce. I prefer the light cut and I love it. Rich in protein, good source of iron.

I find you have to use this before the use by date or it has a smell. but healthy and great spice for red meat.

The beef is convenient and already cut into stir-fry size, which saves prep time. Quality is okay for everyday cooking, but some pieces were a bit tough even when cooked quickly on high heat. Flavour is fairly mild, so it needs good seasoning or marinade. Decent value when on special, but I wouldn’t pay full price.
