This bag of spinach was the best I've had in awhile. No limp or rotting leaves in the bag and was used to stuff chicken breast with cream cheese with chives and the baby spinach. This was an absolute winner

Woolworths baby leaf spinach but anything to have in your fridge all the time you can cook with that you can have it mixed in with your salad. You can have it on sandwiches on toast such a variety of things you can do with this salad ingredient.

without a doubt the best addition for a smidge more protein and flavour to any dish. I use instead of lettuce and add to just about every meal for the added support to reduce inflammation
