Sweet , mild flavor. good for salads , smoothies, Burgers .They are ideal for eating raw. no need to wash , ready to eat.self life is less so you need to use it soon.

Baby spinach is a great source of iron and other vitamins. I enjoy eating it in omelettes, salads, pizza, curries and more. One negative point is it perished before the use by date.
