Picked washed and ready to use. I find spinach packaged in a bag so convenient and easy. I do recommend to use it up pretty quickly as the spinach does get soggy within 3 days I find. I use this in sandwiches, salads soups or stews.

The spinach was fresh, clean, and very tender when I opened the pack. Leaves were a good size, not wilted or slimy, and there were no yellow or damaged pieces. It has a mild flavour, which makes it easy to use in salads, wraps, omelettes, or blended into smoothies.

Woolworths Baby Spinach leaf are tender,sweet , crisp and peppery.I use in my salad each day as they are healthy greens to eat .My wife adds to her different cooked meals but only at the last to add in so not over cook.
