I often pick up Woolworths Baby Leaf Spinach everytime I go to the grocery as it's such a simple versatile leafy veggie. It's been my go to as it's cheap and is easy to mix into salads, savoury meals, or even in sandwiches! I usually go for whatever packet has a longer shelf life as it stays fresh and crisp for days in the fridge, even when the packaging had been opened. Best of all, it's washed and ready to be served!
