I grab this almost every week. The leaves are usually fresh and tender, not slimy or overly stemmy like some bags can be. It works really well in salads, but I also throw handfuls into omelettes, pasta, or smoothies for an easy veg boost. It keeps reasonably well in the fridge too if you don’t open and close the bag a hundred times like I do.
