Fresh spinach really lasts in plastic. As long as it has been bought fresh. Since supermarkets started recycling soft plastics again I resumed buying packaged greens.

we always buy the value pack baby spinach from woolies! can be eaten in so many ways.. my favourite is making spinach and ricotta rolls ! we love baby spinach in salads, cooked with some meat .. so yummy and healthy, cannot go wrong with this veggie
