Pleasantly surprised by this product. Freshness has lasted for the four days the pack has been opened. I’ve used it in my salads and sandwiches, and tonight I’ll finish the bag in a pasta sauce. Being baby spinach, the taste is not overwhelming and the texture is not chewy.
