Unless another more premium brand is on special, these are my go-to sundried tomatoes. They are a nice texture: not too chewy, not too soft. The flavour has that nice even mix of umami, sweetness, and tang that I look for. And the oil is decent to cook with as well (if it complements the dish, naturally). I recommend!
