Purchased Woolworths individual mushrooms for an ingredient in a small meal however they have gone a bit gross overnight! They normally are fresh and cut up nicely but these ones aren’t looking the best at the moment! I do like however that you can purchase mushrooms in smaller quantities as I don’t use them often enough for a bulk amount.

these mushrooms at first look were cleaned well so no dirt visible. They were a beautiful white cream color and looked fresh. when opening the package they were firm and not soggy. I like to stir fry them. the taste is earthy and accompany a steak well.
