mishrooms are always good. i find the packaged varieties are often much fresher than loose so will buy during these times.

I love these mushrooms, I always look for the medium to large sized mushroons because they are easier to peel and chop. They are versatile and can be eaten fresh in salads or cooked in many savoury dushes. They are best eaten within a few days of purchase because they dont stay fresh for very long.

woolworths brand mushrooms are good quality for big store bought. farmers markets and good quality fruit shops are still better
