These mushrooms are healthy and good for you. Great to add in salads or stir fries, they can be eaten raw or cooked and they are very versatile and good for you. A great wayto increase your daily veggie intake. Highly recommended.

These were a necessity purchase and to be honest they were not the freshest, however they were the best of the lot on the shelf. Thankfully they were being used in a casserole and turned out fine.
