I like making pasta with these mushrooms cups. They aren't too fresh when you shop after 4pm, best to buy them earlier in the day if possible.

Great protein for people who want a vegetarian night or want to just eat vegetables. can be eaten for breakfast lunch and dinner. I cut these in slices after washing the dirt off. In a pan add butter, chopped garlic, add mushrooms and add salt and pepper, once the mushrooms are cooked, cool down and eat
