Delicious and so easy to prepare. I just wash them, chop them and cook them using olive oil. I also love the taste of white mushrooms and they are very healthy.

These mushrooms are good for you and are great eaten raw or cooked. Great for salads or using in meals to bulk up veggies. They taste great and are good value. Highly recommended.
