As easy as it is to use these mixed lettuce bags, the cost lettuce is almost always already half brown/pink when you open it, or within 24hrs of opening. I would only buy this again if I was going to use/ear the entire amount immediately after purchase. Apart from that, I do like the blend of cabbage, lettuce and beetroot in this mix as it makes for a nice crunchy salad. It is great for salads and for wraps too!
