These iceberg lettuce mix bags make the quickest easiest base for a salad bowl lunch. They include iceberg lettuce, carrot, cos lettuce and cabbage. I add some lentils or chickpeas, a can of tuna and some capers for a good light healthy lunch - perfect on the busy WFH days where you can barely stop. They support Aussie farmers and there is always a face of a farmer which I know is just great marketing but it works for me. The more consumers connect where food comes from the better! They also have a tip about refreshing the salad bag if you don’t use all of it as once - I get two meals out of it. My tip is to reach to the back of the display as the fresher ones which last longer are there.
