this feta is great in salads and seems to hold its shape without being too hard. i tried it in pasta but really had to crumble it by hand as it did not break apart easily with a spoon

Delish feta that goes great with everything!! I mixed it up with a bit oil and salt and pepper to put on a cheese board, great addition in salads and pasta as well
