I only bought it as I kept wasting my fresh spinach It’s ok for my soup I make I would prefer fresh but this is ok if you choose frozen

Great for a quick meal. Easy and cheaper than buying fresh.

It is very convenient to boil the spinach. Also I do not have to worry when the spinach will gone bad as I can leave it in the freezer for quite some time. After boiling the taste is still ok although the texture is now a bit softer than fresh spinach. Overall, it’s a good option for busy people who don’t have time to cook fresh everyday
