these fillets are very handy in the freezer for last minute meals. the fish is great for grilling, baking and crumbing. The taste is light and has a slight salty taste. it’s healthy and tastes like the sea.

The Woolworths Frozen Basa Fillets are budget-friendly and cook well from frozen. I liked that they were mild in flavor, making them versatile for different recipes which are fry or crumbled as well curry.

Very good price and the basa fillets taste good. This is a great budget meal for a family, I’ve made miso fish with rice, I’ve made fish burgers, fish and chips and I’ve even steamed it. It’s our family favourite
