Woolworths smooth ricotta is perfect for use in cooking. Mix it into pasta for a creamy sauce with less calories than cream. It is smooth and not grainy at all.

Lovely smooth texture. It’s like velvet in the mouth. Versatile, I use it on sandwiches but also in sauces. Downside sometimes it is a little runny to put on sandwiches.
