4-Star Photo Review of Woolworths Ricotta Cheese Smooth

This is such a smooth ricotta. I've used t it to stir through creamy pastas to make it a lot creamier and also used it in cheesecakes and they have both turned out really good. The tub is easy to open and use and seals back up nicely as the lid sits perfectly to make sure it doesn't turn. I'm surprised it has a 5 star health rating but that's an added bonus!
