Normally with bacon, even after removing the fatty lining prior to frying, you will still end up with lots of oil in the pan. Not with this one. Not only that I didn't need to cut away any fat lining, there's very little fat in the pan even after frying.

I love the shortcut bacon.I like to make potato salad bacon.And eggs, anything and this bacon is really nice.You can freeze it as small is convenient and it's not slim

Absolutely love the shortcut bacon. Got it on special at Woolworths. Only four dollars Taste great it looks great, and it went well with all cheeseburgers
