I like this for bacon sandwiches and quiches. It’s trimmed well of fat and not too salty. I freeze whatever is left after I open the packet.

I usually buy the Aldi bacon as it is cheaper but needed some while I was out shopping at Woollies to add to the fried rice dinner. Good value for a small pack & pieces were a good size.
