great water chestnuts. they are really well priced and always in stock. they have a long shelf so they are handy to keep in the pantry. perfect in a soup or stirfry. taste great

My partner bought these Woolworths Sliced Water Chestnuts to go in a Thai curry as they did not have any bamboo shoots, which I usually use. In the past I have not been keen on water chestnuts but these were quite nice. They seemed to have a nicer texture than usual and were quite a refreshing substitute.
