I add this mushroom to my chicken and corn soup along with straw mushrooms. It is an addition ingredient I use to add texture and flavor to the soup. Unfortunately it is only one size can and there is always left overs. The left overs can be used to make a delicious stir fry so no wastage.

Canned mushrooms are a convenience ingredient first and a flavour ingredient second. They work best in mixed dishes where texture doesn’t matter too much, but they usually can’t replace the depth and texture of fresh mushrooms.

really handy staple to have in the cupboard. I usually use it for stirfries to boost the nutrition in there

great whole mushrooms. nice taste great to add to any dish. or even to fry up with bacon and eggs. I make great red wine beef and mushroom dish. so good
