As an adult, I still eat these as there like the best thing in the world! I love the sweetness of it but it’s not overbearing where you gotta put it down after a few sips to save for later. Some people may not like this particular taste as their are different brands who make the some product but with a different taste. I recommend to buy just one and try it, as your little ones will also enjoy it too.
