great cheese, better pricing than others but still expensive, have to keep fully sealed otherwise will go off. but other than that we love this block of cheese

Hillview cheese block is mild, smooth and versatile.. great for slicing, gratin or cooking with.

The flavours blended together really nicely, and each bite was enjoyable without being too heavy. The texture had a good balance—nothing felt too soft or too dry—which made it easy to keep eating. Overall, it was a really satisfying dish that I’d happily choose again

I haven't had it for a while I've upgraded to another brand. It is good value for a 1kg block at about $10. It is good quality and goes well with melted or grating. One of the better block cheeses out there.

amazing cheese for vegetarians. uses no animal products and offers great taste whether it’s for a sandwich or just to eat on its own
