This cheese is my absolute favourite - it's so buttery and soft, it melts in your mouth. I have it on sandwiches, crackers, melt it through pasta, potatoes,on top of meat....pretty much anything I can put cheese on I do just that. The fact that it happens to be one of the cheapest blocks of cheese available is just a coincidental bonus. I love this cheese so much I don't even have enough left to take a good picture of!
