This cheese doesn't taste very fresh and has a plastic taste. I have often bought it and it's been mouldy without even opening it and when still within the used by date. Will not purchase again.

This 1kg block of Hillview cheese, doesn't last long in our house. Perfect for toasties, melted on pizzas or on-top of nachos. The price is great. I will keep buying this one.

This cheese is a great all-rounder. A great cheese to grate and add to pasta dishes etc. I like to add it to a snack plate because of its smooth texture and great taste.
