we try use many different types of cheese. we often buy shudder ones, but as a backup we buy the block cheese sometimes. it is very handy to have cheese as you can put with rice, pasta, toast.

out of all the home brand cheese, the Aldi tasty cheese tastes so much better, it’s a pretty close 2nd to Bega tasty cheese

Positive: • Rich, creamy flavour with good texture. • Melts well — great for sandwiches, pasta, or toasties. • Usually made from quality Australian milk. • Comes in a convenient block that’s easy to slice or grate. • Often more affordable compared to premium cheese brands. Negative: • Can be a bit salty for some tastes. • Not as strong or distinctive in flavour as specialty cheeses. • May harden or dry out if not stored properly after opening. • Higher in fat and sodium, so not ideal for low-fat diets. • Some blocks may crumble instead of slicing smoothly when cold

Not the most flavourful cheese but it is good for simple things like toasties or adding grated cheese to food (or for people who don't enjoy strong cheese). Lasts really well in the fridge too
