Review of Hillview Cheese Block 1kg

I buy this cheese block so I can great my own fresh cheese. 1kg block stores well in a sealed container in the fridge once it is opened. Great for when I am cooking meals, like lasagnes, quiche or cheese sauces. Great cheese for various salads as well.
