How to Store: Best stored in the refrigerator. Freeze leftover chillies for future use: wash then pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth then cut off the stems, slice and freeze in a container or freezer bag. Where They're Grown: Chillies are grown in the tropical and subtropical climates of Australia. The majority of our chillies are grown in Bundaberg in QLD, which has the ideal climate for growing chillies. Availability: All year round.
