They're most commonly enjoyed raw in salads and dips, or cooked in stir-fries and curries. Green Cayennes are great for those new to chillies and wanting a mild introduction to heat. Simply sub for any chillies called for in a recipe. How to Store: Best stored in the refrigerator. Freeze leftover chillies for future use: wash then pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth then cut off the stems, slice and freeze in a container or freezer bag. Where They're Grown: Chillies are grown in the tropical and subtropical climates of Australia. The majority of our chillies are grown in Bundaberg in QLD, which has the ideal climate for growing chillies. Availability: All year round.
