the cream was good quality and whipped very well. there was plenty of stock available and I like that it is all Australian produce

really good cream, whips up easily and holds its shape for at least 12 hours. no cornfloury taste or overpoweringly sweet. even good to use straight out of the bottle just poured over ice cream

good cream, it doesn’t take long to thicken to thick cream to be used on pavlova, trifle etc I use this cream quite often but it too is getti g expensive so have cut back it
