This is a very versatile cream to keep in the fridge. It’s easy to whip if needed, can pour over desserts nicely and can even add to scrambled eggs to make creamy.

This Woolworths Cream is a staple in my fridge. I use it in cooking and to make yoghurt. I do find that if you open it you must use it with in five days otherwise is starts to smell, even though the expiration is still good. It hurts me the price has gone up so much. It whips great, and makes great butter.
