This thickened cream is beautiful tasting with a creamy texture. It’s not super thick but thicker than water consistency. The price has gone up to $5.40 for 600ml which is making it a little on the pricey side & is becoming more of a luxury item rather than an everyday item for people on a budget. Good for cooking with, in desserts or whipping. Australian made with Australian milk.
