The baby beans are generally fresh and have a nice green colour. The size is quite consistent and they are easy to cook, whether stir-fried or steamed. The flavour is mild and works well for everyday meals. However, some beans were slightly tough and stringy, especially if overcooked, which affected the overall texture. I also noticed a few pieces that weren’t as fresh as expected. It’s decent for the price, but the quality can be a bit inconsistent.
