Great for soup, stir fries or as accompaniment for stews and steaks without the hassle of cutting into pieces as these are already cut and prepared for cooking. They are more economical and less wastage, they don’t spoil easily as they are frozen and can be refreeze again. A must item in my freezer.

mixed vegetables are great for convenient cooking, but I find there's always too many carrot, and too little corn kernels... price always ok..
