Woolworths Winter veg mix is a great versatile option when you are in a hurry . I boil these vegetables up , put them in a stir fry, eat them by themselves, with some fresh meat and also I have added them into a slow cooker meal before. They have great flavour and taste.

a really good solid product at a good price point. I like that the pieces are cut into decent sizes - not diced. because they are snap frozen you can actually taste what they are. really good staple to have in the freezer Good in a casserole or bake and i usually use it for my dog's dinner - he loves it.
