I always grab these frozen vegetables. they great in all pastas, potato bake, I literally add them to everything. there’s usually a lot more broccoli compared to cauliflower but I enjoy that.

I love these bags of mixed broccoli and cauliflower. I wish they had larger bags because 500 g is for one meal for me and I tend to eat a lot of vegetables all day long. Anyway, they are Australian vegetables and the price is right so can’t beat it.

A great time-saver for busy days. The pieces are a good size and cook evenly, whether you steam, roast, or stir-fry them. Once cooked, the broccoli stays bright green and the cauliflower keeps a nice bite without turning mushy (just be careful not to overcook).

Pros: Super easy to use—you can just chuck it straight into your meals. Fresh and good quality. Cons: A bit overpriced. Portions are small compared to what you pay for the home brand.

These packs are quick and easy when bulk cooking and an easy way to incorporate veges into meals. From time to time, I love to make some cheese sauce to go with both the Cauliflower and Broccoli. I buy these packs from Woolworths at $4 for a 500g pack of the Cauliflower & Broccoli mix.

I love how convenient frozen veggies in general are, and this is a great example of that. I can just grab a handful from the freezer, microwave for a couple minutes, and very quickly have a side of veggies or something to throw into whatever I’m cooking.

combined both of super food in pack. Broccoli and cauliflower are washed and fresh. although they are not organic, I recommend washing them before eating. The price is still ok. The good thing as well is these vegetables are growing locally, so I am helping the local economy.

Handto have in freezer. Most times my vegws go off and are forced to make meals before they go off too. I found having frozen vegetables have been really helpful on the days I want broccoli and cauliflower. Good to have when making quick meals too.
