Good for on the go or as in a stir fry or pasta but now like to consume fresh broccoli instead of frozen one.

I usually never purchase frozen broccoli as I think frozen vegetables especially those with more water contents will lose it's fresh crunch after freezing. There is nothing like a fresh broccoli, but of course for those who wants convenient, this is a good option.
