Nice mini potatoes from Woolies. These little potatoes are fresh and in good quality. It is microwavable so makes it super easy to prepare. It is a bit harder than the normal size white potatoes, so it is better to serve with meats (rather than making smashed potatoes).

this packet of mini microwaveable potatoes to so convenient. they are definitely more expensive than buying loose potatoes but worth it for the convenience of being able to just put the whole bag into the microwave! I will often partially cook them in the microwave then roast them in the oven to make it easier to cook. don’t have to peel them.

These potatoes are so quick n easy. You place them in the microwave, cook them for a few minutes and they are ready to eat. They are a perfect size for roast potatoes too.
