I have been using this product for 3-4 winters. It is perfect for making soup. Cut up the veg, add some beef or chicken stock and then add some McKenzie soup mix. If you want to bulk it out a bit grab a BBQ chicken to add in. It is perfect for soup and I get excited each year when it comes back into the supermarket shelves

Really handy to grab for a quick Vegetable Soup or Minestrone Soup although I find you definitely need to buy more ingredients for a hearty soup. Would not pay full price for it again as it is a little overpriced considering the Carrots are huge and you can get an entire Kg of them $2.40 on their own. The Parsnip was tiny as was the potato. Great idea but it used to be a lot more value for money in years gone by.
