These are great tomatoes! They're usually very fresh and tasty. They make great bruschetta or they're great just on a sandwich with some ham and cheese. Don't forget the salt & pepper.

Everyone should try tomato eggs soup. Make some scramble egg and set it aside for later use. Chop 2-3 tomatoes into small pieces and saute with chopped garlic + 1/2tsp of salt until the nice juice come out. Add 1tbsp soy sauce, 3tbsp bolognese sauce, 2tsp sugar, 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder and 600ml water. Once it's boiled add your choice of carbs e.g noodle or macaroni. cook according to the packet and add the scramble eggs back to the soup 30sec before it's done. Bon appetite.
