I love that this mince is Free Range chicken and all breast meat. Low in fat but high in protein. So versatile and great to use in so many dishes but my favourite is San Choi Bow. Spicy chicken mix topped with soy and peanuts wrapped in a fresh and crisp lettuce leaf. Delicious and nutritious. A winner ell round.

This macro chicken mince is such great quality and lean. It is easy to use or freeze and is so versatile. I think this Macro free range variety is better than the regular chicken mince and doesn't cost that much more for a better quality and healthier option. I love making San Choi Bow or stuffing capsicums. Uses are endless. Enjoy.

I always prioritise good quality ingredients that includes my meat. The Macro range from Woolworths is always a go-to for me I always opt for this where it's available as I can trust that the meat is fresh free range and a better option for myself and my family. I generally don't mind paying a few dollars more considering this is a better option. the meat is flavourful and juicy.

I have compared this chicken mince to chicken mince at a butcher and have found this mince to taste leaner and cleaner. I love the free range option in comparison to the cheaper variety at Woolworths also.
