canola has always been a brand that I trust and their canola oil is no exception. Not only is it wonderful for sautéing, I love using it for dressings and garlic oil too. I roast garlic, chop it up and add it to a 1/2 cup Canola and it makes a wonderful marinade oil for cooking! It's smooth and enhances my food. Great for use in baking as well! I use it in my cake recipes. Love this product!.
