I find there is only minimal difference between the Woolworths UHT Lite Milk and fresh milk. It is a safe and nutritionally comparable alternative to fresh milk. I buy it for its convenience and its longer shelf life. It is important however that it is always kept refrigerated once opened so as to stop any bacteria forming.
